PRIVACY POLICY
1. What we collect
Your hashtag.org account identity (via single sign-on), the game accounts you link (Steam ID, PUBG name, osu! username, EA ID), your match and wager history on GameBling, your IP address and the region derived from it (used only for legal eligibility), and the compliance confirmations you make.
2. What we use it for
Running matches and settling wagers, enforcing fair play (anomaly detection, ban checks, demo review), meeting legal obligations (age/region gating, verification thresholds), showing you your own statistics, and — if you use the AI coach — generating coaching advice from your match data.
3. Who sees it
Game platforms we settle against receive only what their APIs require (your linked account identifiers). Wallet movements are processed by hashtag.org, whose privacy policy governs your credit ledger. AI coaching requests are processed by Anthropic’s API using your match statistics only. We do not sell personal data.
4. Match records
Match results, statistics, and (for CS2) server-recorded demos are retained as settlement evidence. Public leaderboards show your display name, rating, and record.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your choices
You can unlink game accounts, decline the AI coach, and request account deletion (settlement evidence for completed wagers may be retained as required). Contact rob@blackwoodproductions.com. Last updated July 5, 2026.
